Cancellation and Change Policies for Transfers and Excursions Transportation
• Any cancellation of transfers must be notified by email at least 48 hours prior to receiving the service. • Any modifications must be made 24 hours before arrival. • No refunds will be provided for no-show clients. • In case of a flight change, the client must notify in order to reschedule their pickup. Failure to notify will result in no refund.
Excursions • Excursions canceled less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 100% charge. • If the cancellation is due to illness, a medical certificate must be presented. • No refunds will be provided if the client fails to show up at the agreed meeting point to start the tour. • All modifications are subject to availability and approval by the service PROVIDER.
